LUCINA Wholesale Terms & Conditions

By applying for a Lucina wholesale account or placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

1. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale purchasing is available to approved businesses purchasing genuine Lucina products for resale.

Lucina reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its discretion.

2. Minimum Order

A minimum of 6 units applies to each wholesale order.

Eligible products may be mixed and matched across the Lucina wholesale range to meet the minimum order quantity.

3. Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale pricing is provided in Lucina's current Wholesale Stockist Guide or wholesale price list.

Wholesale prices may be updated from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply to future orders and will not affect orders that have already been paid for.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

4. Recommended Retail Pricing

Lucina may provide a Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for its products to assist stockists with their retail pricing.

Any RRP provided by Lucina is a recommendation only. Stockists remain responsible for determining their own resale prices.

5. Payment

All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

Orders are not confirmed and stock is not reserved until payment has been received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Lucina offers complimentary standard shipping on wholesale orders of $200 AUD or more within Australia.

For wholesale orders under $200 AUD, shipping will be calculated based on the order size and delivery location and added to the final invoice.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to the relevant shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Lucina is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier; however, we will assist with delivery enquiries where reasonably possible.

7. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order once it arrives.

Any products received damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied must be reported to Lucina within 7 days of delivery, along with photographs and your relevant order details.

Once assessed, Lucina will provide an appropriate replacement, credit, refund or other remedy where applicable.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

8. Change of Mind

Wholesale orders are not eligible for return, refund or exchange due to change of mind, over-ordering or inability to sell stock.

This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable Australian law.

9. Resale of Lucina Products

Wholesale products are supplied for resale through the approved stockist's own business, including their:

• Salon or studio
• Retail premises
• Business website
• Business social media accounts

Lucina products may not be resold through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Temu or similar platforms, without prior written approval from Lucina.

Products must be sold in their original Lucina packaging and must not be altered, repackaged or relabelled.

10. Lucina Branding & Marketing Materials

Approved stockists may use official Lucina product photography, product descriptions and marketing assets supplied by Lucina for the purpose of promoting and selling genuine Lucina products.

Lucina branding, imagery, packaging and marketing materials must not be altered or used in a way that could misrepresent Lucina or its products.

Stockists may create their own promotional content featuring Lucina products, provided the content accurately represents the products and brand.

11. Product Information & Claims

Stockists are responsible for ensuring that information they provide to clients about Lucina products is accurate.

Stockists must not make medical, therapeutic, guaranteed-results or other claims about Lucina products that have not been provided or approved by Lucina.

Where Lucina provides product descriptions, directions or claims, stockists are encouraged to use this information when promoting or recommending the products.

12. Product Storage & Condition

Stockists are responsible for storing Lucina products appropriately and in accordance with any storage instructions provided on the product or packaging.

Lucina is not responsible for damage or deterioration caused by incorrect storage, handling or use after products have been delivered to the stockist.

13. Wholesale Account Status

Lucina reserves the right to review, suspend or discontinue a wholesale relationship where there is a legitimate commercial reason to do so, including:

breach of these Wholesale Terms & Conditions, non-payment, misuse of Lucina branding or intellectual property, misleading representation of Lucina products, unauthorised marketplace selling, or conduct that may reasonably damage the Lucina brand.

Any outstanding obligations relating to orders already placed will continue to apply.

14. Changes to Wholesale Terms

Lucina may update these Wholesale Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will apply to future wholesale orders. Where material changes are made, current stockists may be notified before placing their next order.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a wholesale application and/or placing a wholesale order with Lucina, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
